RELAXATION MASSAGE
Esoteric Massage is a specialised massage technique, which works on restoring the natural flow of energy in and through the body.
Our natural flow of movement should be free of pain or tension. Our body is innately designed to be spacious. But with the prevalence of stress, anxiety, sleeplessness and excessive tiredness to name but a few of the common ailments that abound today, we tend to accumulate patterns and behaviours that then become our familiar ‘default’ movements, causing tension, tightness and often chronic aches and pains in our body.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Esoteric Massage focuses on the release of these ‘ill’ movements that we tend to hold in our body. It supports with the letting go of emotional disorders, chronic physical pain, anxiety, sleeplessness and tension.

As the body's natural flow of energy is restored, clients often experience increased energy levels and a greater sense of clarity. Feedback has also shown that Esoteric Massage can help improve physical function. Esoteric Massage looks at how we move and why we move in a certain way, and it seeks to treat the underlying cause. This allows the body to make the necessary corrections.
What to expect in a session?
Warm oil and massage cream is gently applied to specific areas of the body, such as the lower and upper back, legs and arms in anti-clockwise movements. This supports the client to deeply let go.
Some clothing is removed for the massage. The client's privacy is respected at all times.
